Coach Ashley

Coach Ashley was born and raised in Lincoln, Rhode Island, where her softball journey started with Lincoln Little League, then to Travel Teams, Lincoln Middle School, Lincoln High School and finally at Lasell University. She graduated from Lincoln High School in 2011 and attended Lasell University in Newton, MA graduating in 2015. She has played on multiple travel teams since the age of 11 including MA Intensity, MA Fusion, MA Attack, RI Thunder and RI Lightning. She was a member of the Lincoln Little League Girls Softball team that made it to the Eastern Regionals in 2004.

Ashley played third base and pitched during her softball career. She also spent some years coaching and umpiring when she was in High School and College. Ashley was a volunteer gym teacher while in College for a Boston area elementary school. She loves passing down her knowledge to the next generation of softball players. Her goal is to give her players the tools to be successful on and off the field.

She likes to keep up her own skills up by playing on a co-ed team in Southern Rhode Island. Her career in the military has taught her the importance of hard work and dedication which she applies to softball. Softball is her passion and she plans to be a role model for all the girls that she coaches on the softball field. Ashley’s goal is to make a difference in young athletes lives and affect positive change in travel softball using her life experiences.
